Definition and interpretation -1

(ix) "Improvement" means development or improvement of or upon or new invention relating to the Equipment.

(x) "License and Assistance Agreement" shall mean the agreement to be entered into Company B and the JVC.

(xi) "Licensed Product means a XYZ System in its entirety included in the Equipment of a type in respect of which Company B has from time to time furnished Technology to the JVC by common consent of Company B and the JVC and includes any improvement. 

(xii) "Licensed Part means a part or parts or components of a XYZ System included in the Equipment of a type in respect of which Company B has from time to time furnished Technology to the JVC by common consent of Company B and JVC as well as includes any Improvement.

(ix) "सुधार" का अर्थ है उपकरण से संबंधित विकास या सुधार या नया आविष्कार।

(x) "लाइसेंस और सहायता समझौता" का अर्थ कंपनी बी और जेवीसी में किया जाने वाला समझौता होगा।

(xi) "लाइसेंस प्राप्त उत्पाद का अर्थ है एक प्रकार के उपकरण में शामिल संपूर्ण XYZ प्रणाली, जिसके संबंध में कंपनी B ने समय-समय पर कंपनी B और JVC की आम सहमति से JVC को प्रौद्योगिकी प्रदान की है और इसमें कोई भी सुधार शामिल है।

(xii) "लाइसेंस प्राप्त भाग का अर्थ है एक प्रकार के उपकरण में शामिल XYZ सिस्टम का एक भाग या भाग या घटक जिसके संबंध में कंपनी B ने समय-समय पर कंपनी B और JVC की आम सहमति से JVC को प्रौद्योगिकी प्रदान की है और इसमें शामिल है कोई सुधार.
