WHEREAS the JVC shall be positioned as an authorized vendor of XYZ System to the Ministry of ...............(hereinafter referred to as "Program").

WHEREAS Company B has agreed to transfer technology to the JVC as soon as possible after the incorporation of the JVC in accordance with the covenants, mutual and reciprocal promises, obligations and conditions contained in the "License and Assistance Agreement".


NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Company A and Company B agree as follows:

अब इसलिए, इसके बाद निर्धारित आपसी अनुबंधों और समझौतों पर विचार करते हुए, और अन्य अच्छे और मूल्यवान विचारों के लिए, जिनकी प्राप्ति और पर्याप्तता को इसके द्वारा स्वीकार किया जाता है, कंपनी ए और कंपनी बी इस प्रकार सहमत हैं:
