Article 1. Definitions and interpretation


1.1 Definitions


In this Agreement, the following terms, to the extent not inconsistent with the context thereof, shall have the following meanings assigned to them herein below:


i) "Act" shall mean the Companies Act, 2013, and any amendment thereto or any succeeding enactment for the time being in force.
